FLIP, ROLL, & CARTWHEEL THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS!


Children 4 to 12 years old (bathroom independent) are welcome to attend Holiday Camps. Campers will engage in gymnastics activities, play group games, enjoy inflatables, navigate Ninja Kid courses, enjoy Arts & Crafts, and participate in team-building activities built around fun with the best certified and engaging staff on the planet. Each camp day is themed, and all our activities are built around this fun theme. No two camp days are alike!

PRICING:

Camp Rates:

  • Daily Camp rate
  • $80 per day
  • Extended care (4 - 6 PM)
  • $20 per day

Discounts & Other Info:

  • 10% Discount for Siblings on all options
  • 20% Discount for 2026-2027 registered GymKids After School Students (Discounts cannot be combined)
  • All camps are subject to Texas Sales Tax (8.25%)
  • To receive an account credit for changes or cancellations, email your request to hello@aerialathletics.com by 9 p.m. on the Wednesday before the week you attend. Changes and cancellations received after this time will not be credited. There are no refunds for camp.

  • 7:30 - 8 AM: Drop-off & Board Games
  • 8 - 9 AM: Supervised Open Gym
  • 9 - 10 AM:  Morning Camp Roundup & Themed Daily Activity
  • 10 - 10:15 AM: Snack *
  • 10:15 - 11:15 AM: Inflatables & Obstacle Courses
  • 11:15 - 12 PM: Themed Arts & Crafts
  • 12 - 1 PM: Lunch *
  • 1 - 2 PM: Afternoon Camp Roundup & Open Gym
  • 2 - 3 PM: Themed Activity 
  • 3 - 3:15 PM: Snack *
  • 3:15 - 4 PM: Group Games & Obstacle Courses​
  • 4 PM: Pick-up time for Campers
  • ​4 - 6 PM: Extended Care Option


* Campers will bring their own snacks and lunch daily (no microwavable lunches or snacks)

**EXTENDED CARE INFORMATION

The Extended Care Program provides care for campers after camp from 4–6 pm. The program includes recreational activities, including games and outdoor play. We encourage parents to sign up in advance for our Extended Care Program to help our administration better plan for staffing needs. We understand that circumstances do not always permit early or planned enrollment and are open for parents with unforeseen scheduling difficulties on a drop-in basis. Campers not picked up by 4:10 pm will automatically be enrolled in the Extended Care Program. Parents will be charged at the rate listed below for this supervised time. Late fees of $1 per minute will be charged after 6 pm.
